Denied Avengers
May. 6th, 2012 11:09 pmHad a group thing to go see The Avengers. Cat made it in, but the show sold out on Araina and me. I'm not disappointed at missing the movie, but mildly annoyed with Cat's text:

And maybe I should have bought my tickets on Fandango, though I'd have been screwed because they changed the time on me from three to three thirty. I just drove to the mall and picked up Mother's Day gifts and went into the Apple Store and looked at all the shit I'd like to pick up except that I'd have to double time as a hitman to afford some of this stuff. I had a mildly comic outburst with my brother.
I told him that my next laptop was going to be a Dell, and he got mad like Archer did in the season finale when Barry taunted him about his lack of man-parts. So Ren offers to save his employee discount for me, but when he said that a MacBook Pro would be $2K with the discount, I screamed, "Christ! That's more than I paid for my guns!"
"But what do you use more?" he says.
"My guns."
(Exasperated sigh)"But which do you use more constructively?"
