Zoo & Madagascar III

For mom & daughter time, I took her to the zoo. It wasn't too, too hot and a storm didn't blow in the way it did yesterday while I was swimming. We still had fun looking at the lions, tigers, meerkats, and a scrawny Mexican wolf. They need to improve the Americas exhibit, add in some bears and other species of wolves.

And after that we went to see Madagascar 3. I thought it was going to be a dud, but I was pleasantly surprised. We were laughing a lot, and my mind never wandered off from the film. I really loved the psychedelic circus with Katy Perry's "Firework" playing in the background.
